This department's intended purpose is to provide Art and Entertainment in all forms to the Ministry.
This can be as simple as maintaining a Netflix subscription, or as complex as travelling abroad to a multiday event.
The department's external purpose is to exhibit the artistic output of the Ministry, as well as engaging in local entertainment productions.
