Overview and Principles

This department is tasked with establishing a clear legal framework within which the entire Ministry can operate,
that promotes clear unequivocal values upon the world stage.

Crime within the Ministry should be defacto non-existent as the individual operates under their own internally-defined rules at all times.
However crime against the Ministry may be an unfortunate possibility, and so measures to prevent this should also be carried out by the department.
